What do you need from us to start?

Can I order only one stage, for example partner search?
Yes. The scope of work is agreed individually and set out in the contract, so you can start with the stage you need.
How long does an engagement take?
It depends on the industry and the scope of work. We agree the timeline in the contract before the work starts.
How is the fee set?
It depends on the scope of work. After a first conversation we propose a fixed fee, which is then set in the contract.
Do you take part in the deals between us and Serbian companies?
No. We are consultants. Contracts and payments for goods are made directly between you and your Serbian partner.
In which languages do you work?
English and Serbian. Reports and meeting summaries are prepared in the language you choose.
